Enquiry data where no engagement follows: Up to two years.
Data relating to a client engagement: Up to seven years from the end of the engagement, in accordance with legal and accounting obligations.

Google Workspace (email and document management) and Cloudflare (hosting and security) may process personal data on our behalf under appropriate contractual arrangements and data processing agreements.
International Data Transfers
Where data is transferred outside the United Kingdom, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
